Hollywood Hotel

The reception was very friendly and hospitable.We arrived a little early so they stored our luggage and we enjoyed the pool. The room was very clean and cute. The patio was decorated lovely and the hotel had an old Hollywood vibe. Great location and very close to Los Feliz area. We actually walked up to Griffith Observatory and back. It was a nice hike! I definitely recommend staying here. Parking is secure too. Very nice place!

A nice classic hotel experience at the heart of East Hollywood. It was nice to hop in a warm pool after flying in from Minnesota in January. They even have a sauana. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, despite the hotel itself being quite old 1903!? It features a beautiful courtyard that's the perfect escape from the busy city outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations, Michael even lent us his bottle opener! ||With it's location a block away from the Vermont/Santa Monica metro station, it's a great base to explore LA. And the price was very reasonable.

Positive: Close to metro and food, great friendly land responsive staff, quiet room, very comfortable bed, consistent hot water with good pressure in the shower. Negative: The tv was a little weird.

Service was absolutely wonderful. The man (I believe his name was Melvin?) at the front desk was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and even gave me recommendations for dinner plans! My room was clean, had a shared balcony, and spacious bathroom for just over 100 bucks for a night. I felt super safe here as a solo traveler and will be recommending to friends!

Genuinely a great place, lovely staff great room and tons of amenities, and an amazing price!! My original hotel cancelled on me and this place let me book a room for a 5 night stay last minute. The rooms have a fridge and microwave, big beds and big tv with a lovely balcony to overlook the courtyard. I did have an issue trying to figure out the shower, but I asked a member of staff and they let me know with zero judgement it was great. My ONE issue, I read reviews about ants in the bathroom, I didnt care, even if I did see ants I'd just get over it its fine. But then 3 days into my stay (nothing showed up right away) I did notice a few Dozen ants on the floor of my bathroom. Im not a negative person I cant complain, but if you have a problem with bugs I will say beware,bits a little alarm
