Holly Park Marina

Lived here for almost a year. Nice RV spaces, wonderful, family owned and friendly people. Weather was great most of the time. Peaceful and beautiful location. Hotel and rental homes and mobile homes are just perfect for weekend (or longer) getaways. Ladies at the grill know how to cook up a delicious burger, too!

I stayed in a room for almost 3 months. While the staff is quit helpful, the room was filthy when I checked in. Now, I understood that I would be required to clean my room during the stay. I did. However, there was smashed bugs on the wall, two open soaps in the shower, the shower had someone else’s hair in the drain keeping it from draining properly (I cleaned it of course), nothing matched; not the towels and hand towels, not the utensils, and not the plates. At night, the people up stairs and on the right of me found it appropriate to move furniture, talk real loud, blare tv, and over all keep me up. The parking was horrible and several time I’ve had to park either on the side of the building in the grass or on the other side in the grass. When the aerobic system went off, it smelled li

Friendly Owners. Family owned and operated. My first time to stay here in my RV and bring my boat. When I walked in the owners and some locals were all standing and sitting around visiting. as soon as I walked in the son jumped up came over very quickly, got me all checked in. and took me to my site. He gave me a choice and suggested the best one for my needs. I wanted to park the boat right behind my RV. was great. Will definitely like to come back here.

The owners are very helpful, and the rooms are clean and organized and the grill offers delicious food.

This trip started with a little bit of business in mind but we made a promise to get the business outta the way day 1. What an amazing time we had. We stayed in the motel because everything else had been rented out and it was perfect. The owners were just the nicest people. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The scenery was amazing from the second floor and everyone staying was just a breath of fresh air.. It honestly was a whole park of full of kiddos playing, laughter and great food.. ||I have to send a special note of thanks to the man that saved the day.. I woke up our final day there to a flat on my ride and thanks to a newer car and me not doing my due diligence, I found NO SPARE.. But one of the gentleman running the marina that day was quick to save the day. H
