Holiday Motel

Well after I've seen how the hotel is "cleaned" with the water from the bottom of the shower wiped up with a dirty rag and then used on the rest of the room and the floor. Oh the floors not actually washed it just spot "cleaned". Not only did I have cockroaches in my refrigerator I had bed bugs too 🪳🪳🪳 I sprinkled some bait killer my maintenance man from work gave me. Anyway back to the bed bugs🪳🪳🪳 its so bad I had to go to the hospital and get put on steroids and anti-inflammatories. So there's no refund they're just going to offer another room with different bed bugs and Roaches 🪳🪳🪳. No thanks I leave and call the board of health.

There were bed bugs and dead and alive cockroaches in the refrigerator. Blood stains on the curtains. The room next to us had a fan in the window blowing out straight Curry. Maybe that was to get rid the bed bugs and the cockroaches.

Had to leave after a few HOURS. Got there, had to ring a ring door bell (one of the 3 random bells) for some angry man in pajamas to come out of another room to check me in after he looked like I interrupted his shows. Got to my room and it looked like a domestic assault took place and that is putting it nicely. There were NO deadbolts or even a chain lock and my lock was barely working from the outside, the one lamp was definitely punched and crooked, other lamp was punched harder, the bed was STABBED with BLOOD dried into it and burn holes all over while zip ties held the dirty sheets to it, the walls? STAB HOLES, the wires were ripped from the wall, the curtains were stapled to fix the fact they were ripped down (both windows also blinds torn on one where someone grabbed them), the bath

I came In here late at night, checked into a room and then was approached by the front desk worker who then told me that I was not allowed a pet at this Motel, he then proceeded to ask me if I “came from a dog show”.. I politely informed him that my dog is not a “pet” and is a service animal. Under the ADA my pet is allowed to travel with me wherever I go. The front desk worker refused to acknowledge my service animal and charged me a $25 fee (which I paid without refusal.. I’m tired). Although it is late and I do not want to cause a fuss, this is a prohibited act enforced and protected by the ADA. I am extremely upset and hurt by this service worker and his knowledge of these laws. Aside from this our room was 100% not cleaned after the last use, there is dirt crumbs and hair in the sheet

I stayed here for a week it was a disgrace! There were rats! The owner put a trap in my room and caught a rat! There was a hole in the wall and proceeded to cover the hole with cardboard and duct tape!!! That's how he "fixed" it. The place was disgusting it smelled bad I wasn't provided with clean towels I had to bring my individual towel up to the desk and wait for him to wash it!
