lobby/check in: friendly staff, quick easy process. The waterfall/fountain while pretty, is VERY loud so it made the desk attendant hard to hear. room: king suite. very large corner room. lots of space. clean, comfortable bed and pullout sleeper couch. Only 2 towels in room though, requested more twice, they never arrived so we just shared damp towels (Ew) pool/hot-tub: biggest disappointment. loved the fact that it was indoor, however, the choice of flooring is a huge fall hazard. it is very slick tile with absolutely no grip. The hot tub bubbles don't work and it's almost too hot with no way to adjust the temp. Finish on the plaster on both the pool and hot tub were coming off even with the slightest touch. Great stay for the price. The room was super affordable and clean, definitely a good deal. There are also a lot of good food spots nearby which made it really convenient. Big shoutout to Kyra and Victoria — they were very friendly and helpful and made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were having a very comfortable stay on January 29, 2026, and initially felt that everything about this hotel was amazing. Unfortunately, that changed when we were rudely awakened by loud banging on the wall and moaning coming from a nearby room. We attempted to call the front desk and speak with Ms. Krystal to request a wellness check and ask that the noise be addressed, but no one answered. My husband then went downstairs to report the issue in person. To our shock, Ms. Krystal was exiting the room causing the disturbance (Room 224). We found this extremely unprofessional and were unaware that staff were permitted to engage in this type of behavior with guests. This experience made us very uncomfortable and completely overshadowed what had otherwise been a pleasant stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The water fountain in the main lobby was beautiful and staff was very friendly. The lovely pregnant front desk lady was very kind and accommodating! She made our kids feel very welcomed and tickled them! Room was a bit cold but we managed

Mold on ceiling in corner over the king bed exactly as described by someone weeks ago. Hotel response lmsaud they would make repairs asap. Either they lied or they didnt bother to check the other rooms. The lobby was rediculously dark and ill furnished as though they thought turning lights out created a cosy or moody environment. It does not. There is a large very loud waterfall that could have been dramatic with appropriate lighting on the fall, seating with appropriate lighting, and landscape/plants which would have helped create a dramatic and welcoming natural setting while softing the sound. Instead, it loamed in the back of the lobby in the dark. Some seating was poorly place in front of lobby. Again in the dark lighting coming from the bar on one side and check in on the other.
