Everything about our stay has been great, with the exception that breakfast is not complimentary. Unfortunately, my company currently has many employees working on road crews and is trying to save as much money as possible, so they are not covering the extra cost for my crew to enjoy the otherwise excellent breakfast. That being said, the staff here has been outstanding—very friendly and helpful. Honestly, that’s not surprising when the Director of Sales, Genesis Ruiz, is so down-to-earth and easy to work with. She has done everything possible to accommodate our team, even helping us with last-minute room arrangements. If I could give zero stars I would. ||I contacted this hotel multiple times weeks before booking and again prior to arrival to confirm availability of both an airport shuttle and a cruise port shuttle. I was told both were available and included with my stay.||After landing, I called to request the airport shuttle and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called again and was told it would be “arriving shortly,” with no ETA provided. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, the shuttle did not arrive. We were required to pay $40 for an Uber, and a trip that should have taken approximately 20 minutes exceeded an hour due to traffic.||At check-in, I requested reimbursement for the Uber due to the failure to provide the airport shuttle as promised. The staff was very accommodating! The room was run down. The carpeting is stained and dirty. The shower pan is old and stained. The toilet seat was worn out. The beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared fresh, clean and on the newer end. The gym needed an update as well. We didn't try the food. The pool was nice, but lacks seating.

Positive: One of the staff has been rude to almost every customer he spoke to. Negative: Not as clean, bath tub had some rusts and dirt. Had to always request room service. No free breakfast.

Early check in was nice. Lobby was decent. Just waited by the pool to pass time. They also hold your luggages for you. Bedding is comfortable more on the soft side . I was just tired so I passed out but I usually wouldn’t fall asleep on a soft bed. Place is spacious. Rooming is outdated. The bathroom looks pretty worn and there’s not much lighting at all. Stayed on the second floor. Bathroom has no fan. Breakfast was mid, nothing special. Shuttle communication was bad. Waited over 30+ minutes and had to call the hotel for them to call the guy to come get us.
