The rooms were clean and updated, and the location is great. However, I did have two issues. When I called the front desk to ask about adding breakfast, the staff redirected me to Expedia—only for Expedia to tell me that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast at all. I could’ve avoided sitting on hold if the front desk had just told me that from the beginning. We recently celebrated our daughter’s Sweet 16 at the Mainland Terrace room and needed a room to get ready in before the party. Kaitlin was super helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating to our needs!! The suite was beautiful, pristine and spacious enough for everyone to get ready comfortably! Thank you, Kaitlin, for your help in making it an awesome, stress-free event!!

When I checked in at 12 on Friday, 10/3 the front desk person did not greet me, the only thing she said was I need your id. Other than that, she said nothing else, and wasn’t personable at all. The only person who was nice was the early morning clerk, the next morning when I collected my voucher for breakfast and the person who was setting up breakfast. The music played at the wedding on Saturday night vibrated my whole room on the third floor and crashed items in the bathroom to the floor. When I called the front desk about it, they just said oh it will be over soon. But it wasn’t because the bridal party kept slamming their doors as they went back & forth between rooms. Will never stay there again. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.

I wa at the hotel for 3 days. From September 30 to October 1. We went to go to the hot ru . And ot was. Cold. To the main9 person if the cam find out what's wrong. The hotel has recently renovated the lobby and changed their mainland's restaurant. They do have an arcade and fun activities for families. They no longer offer breakfast. Our room was recently renovated and is missing many of the amenities that you normally expect to find in a hotel. There are a number of things that don't work in the room. We were here over Thanksgiving and they gave all of their housekeeping and restaurant staff the day off, so there was no housekeeping.
