Holiday Inn Lansdale - Hatfield by IHG

A place to sleep and that’s it. I was here 9 days. The lights are very cool and made the room feel very cold and harsh. Bed was relatively comfy and bathroom was updated except for bath. Ok for one of two nights but not a place to get comfy. I had food delivered here and that was smooth. I also did laundry here and it was good. Pink haired desk staff as very kind.

We used this hotel for our rehearsal dinner, after party, and hotel block and had a great experience. After touring a few hotels we decided to choose this one because of the warm welcome we received! The staff answered each of our questions and when our event came, it lived up to every expectation we had. The rooms were clean, the members of staff were kind to our guests, and the front desk answered so many questions at all times of the night and truly made our stay memorable. With our events at the hotel, the staff helped us set up and clean up AND store everything we asked until we left. We will absolutely frequent this hotel in the future! Thanks for making our wedding weekend special!

From the water and coffee maker ready to go to the comfy bed and spacious desk, the room met or exceeded all my expectations. The staff was really helpful and gracious. I used the printer and found the process worked well and helped me get work done while traveling; the wifi was easy to use and always available. Breakfast was quite tasty and there were plenty of options. I recommend including it in the room rate; that worked out well for me since otherwise I'd have needed to pay more for another meal elsewhere.

This hotel is located right off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. It’s close to gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants. The Rooms were extremely clean. The staff was kind and asked if I preferred a floor. Hotel bathrooms were clean and came with Dove shampoo conditioner, body wash, and lotion! Downstairs has a mini convenient store that you can shop from in case you forget stuff.

This was a property picked for a few short hours of sleep when traveling to an event at a nearby college. We checked in late. I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter and I definitely felt safe. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. |Room was clean, updated, bed was comfortable, plenty of outlets and phone charging ports. Bathroom was clean, stocked with amenities and enough towels for 4 people. Shower was a highlight with dual shower heads, lots of hot water and water pressure was great. |Room faced highway and was a bit loud. It didn’t bother us, but could be a problem for some guests. |No breakfast included in room rate which is unusual for Holiday Inn properties. I did have a good complimentary cup of coffee before hitting the road. |Would not hesitate to
