Holiday Inn Hills Resort

As soon as we arrived to our “suite” did a quick check of the rooms only to find soap residue and hair in both bathtubs. Moldy fruit in the fridge and a left behind charger on the balcony. Tried to call the front desk 3 times with no answer. When we went to the front desk we were told they don’t answer the phone if they are busy. Then when it started raining we found the indoor pool to be locked, whats the point of having an indoor pool?There’s definitely better places to stay in Branson, keep looking!

All the faucets leaked. There is no washer and dryer in the room. Guest bathroom is too small. The trashcan didn't even fit to the side of the commode. They put us in building 3 on the second floor. There's no elevator, so had to haul luggage for a 8 night stay up stairs. Not to mention 3 stairs were fixed with wood. The rest were concrete. There were spiderwebs and spiders everywhere. The internet was below dial up speed. The livingroom tv was 32 inches. Masher shower barely fit an average adult. Amenities are severely lacking. Dont go here if you have a choice.

Terrible location. Just a condo complex.
