Holiday Inn Express Thomasville, an IHG Hotel

Positive: The rooms was clean. The breakfast was good. Negative: The rooms seemed to have a somewhat humid atmosphere. When the air conditioning was operating, the beds felt damp and cold.

I had a terrible experience with one of the workers. I told my story to the lady at the desk when we checked out and she was very professional. She knew exactly who I was talking about. This is a person I would not wanting representing my company. The lady at check out on 11/18 around 7am can share the details. Short version is we were in town from NC for a funeral . We chose your hotel because my husband is a loyal customer. Our family was an hour away in Gilbertown and we chose here due to his loyalty. We booked 2 rooms and to be treated with such disrespect is unacceptable.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating. The room was inviting and cozy, with an especially comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast was served piping hot and was absolutely delightful. The hotel was spotless, and the staff exuded warmth and readiness to assist. The room was inviting and snug, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff made concerted efforts to ensure a hospitable and accommodating experience. Additionally, the breakfast was served piping hot and was an absolute delight. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the Thomasville area.

Best place to stay in Thomasville. Love the people who work there; they treat us like family. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was easy to set the thermostat to a pleasant temperature, and having a microwave and mini-fridge in the room was convenient. The continental breakfast was great as always, and they have the best, fresh-ground coffee in town!

I was visiting from New England and the staff here made me feel so welcomed and safe! The lobby was spotless, my room was spacious, throughly clean, bed was VERY COMFORTABLE, breakfast was enjoyable & I was greeted every time I passed a staff member. I wasn’t even aware they had a pool, so that was a bonus! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
