Holiday Inn Express & Suites Zapata by IHG

Front desk person did minimal service. Didn't discuss any amenities. Hotel room was clean

We had a great experience with our stay here in Zapata. Comfort was of the utmost. Hotel was not crowded and parking was plentiful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options to pick from. Coffee was good and fresh. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Positive: Nothing, but in all fairness for the location, I was on my way to Laredo but found something going on causing the prices to sky rocket, so I stayed out =side the city. Negative: Everything, old Holiday Inn Express, towel rack in bathroom pulled out of the wall and not repaired, carpet in terrible condition, smelly water, old small toilet, dirty shower, worst place I have stayed in in years

Great place to stay. Customer service was excellent! I had left a pair of earrings in the room. I called and spoke with the manager. They were able to find them. She sent them to me via priority mail with her own money, to Minnesota! Exceptional!!!!

Friendly staff at the reception, the room good size, clean and spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable, had a good night sleep. Breakfast had good choice of options, hot dishes, fruits. We really enjoyed the stay.
