Holiday Inn Express & Suites Winner by IHG

We stayed on 2/28/26 and the front desk lady REVA deserves a shout out and a raise. She knew what it was like traveling with babies (I have 3) in which I also was with my mother and niece and nephew. Ms Reva opened the pool for us after advising her that is the only reason why we booked. She put us into a bigger room and closer to the pool without me asking. She truly knew what it was like to be in my shoes traveling with babies. She was so honest and helpful! She truly made the stay more than a 5 star hotel can do! Thank you Reva!

Checking in was fast and friendly. Rooms were clean and plenty of plugins that worked! Comfy beds and clean! The housekeeping staff are excellent! Checkout was smooth and efficient. Now if they only had a bar! Thanks again, when back in the area, i will definitely return!

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and our room was very spacious, especially for a standard 2 bed hotel room. We had plenty of extra room for sitting, playing, lounging, etc. My kids reported the pool was cold and the hot tub was hot. ;-) Our room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find our towels replaced and beds made when we returned from our activities on the second day. If ever in the Winner area, this is a great spot to stay!

Spent 2 nights here. Staff went above and beyond to find the best price for me, quietest rooms and close to the door to make it easy to go in/out with the dog. Very helpful staff!!

I had the worst hotel experience here. I had a hotel block in place for almost a year and the day of the event people did not have their rooms even though they had confirmation #’s or they told people the block was full which was not true and up-charged our friends and family. I called out there many of times and let the phone ring for a minute and nobody would ever answer. A funny story that wasn’t exactly funny at the time was I told my husband we’re in room 314 well he went there and the key didn’t work so he tried 315 because he thought he misheard me and the key worked so he walked in and notice how messy it was in the room and after a minute of being in there, a man woke up in the bed. Turns out my husband was in the wrong room but WHY THE HECK did his key work for that room!?! Howev
