Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Plains Southwest by IHG

This is our go-to hotel in West Plains, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The breakfast, service, and overall cleanliness are outstanding. We have stayed at numerous Holiday Inn properties and other hotels across the United States, and this location stands out as one of the cleanest, with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. The cinnamon rolls are an added bonus and definitely worth mentioning.

We stayed here on two nights which were two weeks apart going and returning from Florida. It is a lovely, modern property with exceptionally friendly and efficient staff from the front desk, to the breakfast room and the cleaning people. Everyone has a smile and a friendly greeting. The entire property was very clean and the outdoor areas were really nice, including a backyard patio and gazebo. We plan to stay here in the future.

I had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express West Plains for over a week, and I can confidently say that this was one of the best budget hotel experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. Everything about my stay was exceptional – the hotel was spotlessly clean, the service was efficient, and every staff member was genuinely helpful. They took the time to remember my name, which made each morning at breakfast and every return to the hotel feel personal and inviting. I required their help with receiving/mailing packages, and they went above and beyond to make certain that my packages were handled efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in West Plains. The staff is friendly and inviting, the lobby is clean and bright, rooms were the cleanest Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at and the breakfast was perfect! You can tell the staff care and are proud of what they do- and it showed!!!! Thank you for a great and refreshing stay for a weary traveler.
