Holiday Inn Express & Suites St Marys by IHG

The staff were wonderful. I checked in with Lisa and she was obviously new. Chris was there helping her. Didn’t take more than a couple of minutes to get checked in. The manager, Anna had already let them know I had a large group to check in and how to proceed. Anna called me during the day while I was driving to ensure me everything was ready to go. She’s the best in the country at her job. Wish there was an Anna at every hotel I live in. Very professional and trains her employees to perfection.i will continue to book my workers rooms here as long as Anna is there.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend for a wedding. We had 5 rooms that were all clean and the shower pressure was wonderful. Janice made sure we had adjoining rooms and were all together. The pool was fantastic and the man that made breakfast was attentive and there were so many hot choices and pancakes. I highly recommend the hotel!! Would stay here again!

I would recommend this location. This was the first time staying here when in the area and will be back. The employees were friendly and pleasant. We thought the breakfast selections were great. We had a king room that was very comfortable and very clean. I loved the soap, shampoo, conditioner choice over the little bottles some hotels have.

Less than impressed. I travel to the area for work but will go with another option from now on. The room was small and outdated. Pool is closed and was told it will be for the foreseeable future. Not worth $139/night. I have stayed in much better for a lot less. Breakfast was ok. Wouldn’t recommend, only as last resort.

Staff was fabulous. Rooms very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good , lots of choices. Overall a great stay.
