I had a wonderful 3-night stay with our youth travel hockey team. Location was great...just a minute away from the rink. From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Staying three nights really gave us a chance to appreciate how consistently well-kept the hotel is. The rooms were spotless, the beds were cozy, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and feel at home. Pool was clean. Hot tub was actually HOT. A very special shoutout to Tina! She was absolutely amazing and incredible. You can genuinely tell she loves her job and takes pride in making every guest feel welcome. Perfect for Families, Great Breakfast! We stayed here with our 8 and 3 year olds for a tournament at the Hodag Dome - I think 1.5 miles away. The breakfast buffet was way better than I had thought it would be. A cooler of milk, Oikos yogurt, pre-peeled boiled eggs, fruit cereal, oatmeal, omelets, diced potatoes that were seasoned great, biscuits and gravy, juice, pancake station, pastry area, and actually good coffee! The place was very clean. Dove products in the bathroom. Awesome sheets. We got in too late to try the pool. The staff were great to interact with. I wanted to share so other parents knew about this gem!

Okay Hockey parents, so chances are if you are staying up here for the Rhinelander Ice Center your wanting a close hotel. Well guess what.. this hotel is maybe 0.5miles away? If that. Anyways, it was great! The also dont charge extra for hockey families which is nice. Perfect location, no heavy traffic, kind of secluded, beautiful quiet patio, nice indoor pool, and what a great breakfast. The rooms were so clean and prepped with everything you needed, the staff was also so accomadating in getting you extra things (make up wipes, tooth brushes, etc). Very inexpensive which was great as we spend so much time in hotels, it was great to have such a nice hotel for the whole weekend and not have to pay an arm and a leg. Nice work out room, great little snack shop, did I mention the breakfast?! T

A snow storm delayed our arrival and forced our early departure. The lobby was lovely. We were too tired to get to breakfast before it ended. We asked for an easy access handicap room and we're surprised to find we were put on the 4th floor at the far end of the hall away from the elevator. Not easy access.

Very nice hotel to stay at. The room was clean, the pool was relaxing, the hot tub was perfect for the sore body. The staff here was amazing and friendly. Plan on returning to stay here again and hope they have the same staff. Thank you again for the great stay.
