Holiday Inn Express & Suites Plymouth by IHG

Excellent service every time I come in for breakfast. Brandy, who runs the breakfast area, does an outstanding job. She always greets everyone with a friendly face and makes you feel welcome right away. The food is consistently fully stocked, fresh, and well maintained. Everything is kept very clean, from the counters to the seating area. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about the experience for guests. A great way to start the day — highly recommend!

I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. I believe that they do the best that they can to work with this facility that is clearly rundown. The pool was rusty all the way around all of the furniture carpet walls are in need of some serious renovation. The carpet and furniture in the room was so tattered and stained that I felt the need to keep my house shoes on the whole entire time. I was walking on the carpet. The cleaning staff might want to use different kind of window cleaner because there is a residue on all glass surfaces, the mirrors, the TVs, which made everything seem dirty. We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. They let us check in a hour early. ||Our room was a double queen and it was spotless and super comfortable. The beds were fresh and comfy and there were pleanty of fresh towels and quality soaps and lotion in the bathroom. ||The fitness room had a bike, treadmill and a large range of dumbells and the pool clean and warm. ||The free breakfast was my favorite thing though. They had a huge spread and it was all fresh and delicious. Eggs, omelets, waffles, pancakes, cinnamon buns, juice coffee cereal toast and tons of other stuff!||The location is near large shopping Plaza including Wal Mart and there's also tons of fast food. I really enjoyed the 3 days i spent here and I will definitely be back

This place is the cleanest one you'll probably find in Plymouth. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was pretty good and the location isn't bad at all. The only problem we had was with the water. I think it may be over treated or it may have too much softener. Me and my fiance both left after three nights with some small, red rashes everywhere. I also noticed that when doing my makeup, it never set or dried properly and anything on my fingers would fall off under the tap without any kind of soap or scrubbing needed. The room also felt VERY humid the entire stay and we could never get the air to stay on. It was like it would start but then stop after ten minutes or so. The entire staff did an amazing job keeping ENTIRE hotel spotless. Even with snow everywhere the staff managed to keep the floors nice and clean. The breakfast was always awesome and hot. Thank you to Mrs. Cris and the entire staff. Also a special shout out to Mrs. Rosaline. I hope I got her name right😆😆😆
