⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay – We’ll Be Back Every Year! Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Ottawa, Kansas was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was top-notch, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. The breakfast truly sets this hotel apart. Not only was it delicious and well stocked, but they had real bacon, which was a huge win and something you don’t always find anymore. Everyone on staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, but Leslie at the front desk deserves special recognition. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and was an absolute pleasure to interact with. This hotel has earned our loyalty—we will definitely be back every year. Highly recommend to anyone passing

Our stay from start to finish was great. The staff were all very friendly. Checking in the young an was friendly, offered us cookies and just made us feel valued. The lobby, elevator and our room was clean. Breakfast was good, Breakfast staff even made sure we had everything we wanted/needed before they closed it up, even offered to open back up if we needed a cinnamon roll! Coffee hit the spot. A child came running through the lobby wet from the pool and housekeeping immediately mopped! The parents were upset but housekeeping kept saying it was not a problem. Stay can make you or break you...here they are super.

Very clean room nice environment. Was literally here just to sleep but the room was top notch for not that much. The breakfast the next morning was astounding biscuits and gravy sausage bacon waffles muffins cereal pancakes cinnamon rolls eggs omelets oatmeal I do believe AMAZING BREAKFAST

***50/50 hotel stay for us.*** -- Staff was very kind and even had decorated the lobby with fall theme. A thoughtful touch when these hotels usually feel clean, but can seem clinical. -- Air conditioner in our room seemed to need serviced. It ran most of the night at the lowest setting and never got the humidity out of the room, even though outside temps had dropped into the mid 40's in October. -- Shower water pressure was very low, even when showering at 6am on a Sunday. And our shower base had some peeling caulk and looked like it had some mildew happening. -- The lobby coffee machines have pretty good coffee 24/7. And the cinnamon roll I had for breakfast was up there with the best I've had. -- Sleep - The bedding isn't as good as Hampton Inn's. The bottom sheet moved around and the

Positive: "" Negative: This hotel was much better, cleaner than the Holiday Inn Express I stayed at the week before in Oak Grove, Missouri. The only issue was the lighting in the bathroom was dark and mirror light did not work.
