Holiday Inn Express & Suites Odessa by IHG

This was the best hotel stay I've had in a while. Gabby at the front desk was a huge help. The mature lady that takes care of the breakfast buffet did an amazing job of keeping the food hot and fresh. The rooms were very clean, and the area immediately around the hotel was clean and appeared safe. There's every retail store and restaurant imaginable within a 5 minute drive.

The highlights of my stay were the excellent breakfast choices and the well equipped gym where you could also fill your water bottle with cold filtered water. The location was good, close to amenities. The rooms are dated and some deeper cleaning is needed.

Rooms a bit too dark everything else was fine. Breakfast was a bit bland. Wish they’d a bit more options. Beds were comfy and room was clean. check in process was easy and fast. Friendly staff. While having breakfast a lady was sweeping and we did not like that as the dust is everywhere while people are eating. Overall it was good.

This hotel was the perfect place for our family to stay. The rooms were clean with nice soft pillows. The bed was very comfortable. Sadie was our front desk assistant and she was so pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place.

Had a great stay here ,room was very clean and staff were very friendly, the lady in the breakfast area is so sweet and caring she made you feel right at home overall we joined our stay .
