Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Martinsville, an IHG Hotel

We have stayed here twice a year for the last 5/6 years for family events, and they are wonderful every single time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff if more than helpful with anything we may need, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious!! Could not recommend more, and look forward to our stay every time!!

Best hotel we've been to in awhile. We travel a lot and we were blown away by the cleanliness of this hotel. Our room was perfect. We had plenty of towels (that never happens!). The coffee pot was even clean! The lobby was cozy and decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They were also extremely clean. Staff was fabulous! All of them were kind and answered the questions we had. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but everything was hot and fresh and the counters were clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We will absolutely stay there again.

The hotel was nice but for the price it should have had a breakfast. The room was clean, and the service was good. The bathroom was great with plenty of amenities.

Everything was so clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The room was very thoughtfully laid out from the placement of charging stations to the variety of coffee for the keurig. They even offered a choice of pillows…one soft and one firm! And I can tell you pillows are a big issue for me when I travel! It was a great stay and I told my husband I’m sold on Holiday Inn Express for all our future travel accommodations.

We had a great experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express in New Martinsville, WV. The receptionist was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I slept soooooo good! They also have a wonderful, hot breakfast bar with many more choices than I expected. Karen, who serviced the breakfast bar, was so lovely and attentive. I will definitely stay there on my return trips to New Martinsville
