Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moody - Leeds by IHG

We chose this location for its proximity to the Sonnet House. It’s newer with high ceilings and wide hallways. The beds are fine and the bathrooms are nice. There are a couple things that could use improvement: - The rooms really should have full length mirrors. Most holiday inns do in the “hallway” by the bathroom of the room. This one doesn’t in the king or two queen rooms (we had one of each). - Please put more towel hanging places in the bathroom. The one hanging location under the sink is fine for hand towels, but adding more over the toilet would provide greater opportunity for guests to be able to reuse full size towels as they have a place to hang and dry. - I understand wanting to ensure the hotel smells nice, but the spray that’s being used there has such a perfumey smell it’s o

Outstanding service thanks to Praveen Staying here for work and had a rough evening after a long day, but Praveen at the front desk absolutely turned it around. He was professional, calm, and genuinely went out of his way to help us when we needed it most. You can tell he actually cares about guests and takes pride in doing things the right way. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long workday, but the customer service really stood out. Employees like Praveen are the reason people come back. Huge thanks to him for making our stay smoother and stress-free. Highly recommend this location.

House keeping is very important to me. The housekeeper cleaned our room in a timely manner and I really appreciated her promptness. Hotel overall appearance is clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows comfortable I was able to rest with no problems. Great experience this was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is convenient for me because I have an electric car and a charger is near.

Positive: Surrounding restaurants Negative: No breakfast served on Christmas morning and I was told the charge would be 25 on my card but it was $40

Arrived and was taken care of right away, the receptionist was great. The establishment was very clean. Room was clean, bedsheets were clean, only thing I’m say they need to fix is a couple of the patches the bathroom has. Overall the bed was great and the coffee for breakfast was great..
