Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mansfield

If you are ever in Mansfield Ohio and need to stay overnight, please consider this hotel. The customer service was phenomenal. Very pleasant and friendly people. The room was fresh and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good, even though they didn't have a waffle maker 😞. The two ladies doing breakfast were so very friendly and sweet. They went around speaking to everyone and wishing everyone to have a great day. Will definitely stay here again!!

Very nice hotel. This one is newer. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were awesome as usual. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Hotel was great just a few concern, plumbing is kinda bad. Low water pressure. hot water takes 30 min to get warm never but never reach hot. The toilet would not flush properly at times. But that only the issue I got. The room itself was lovely comfy and control Heating and ac was good. breakfast was great bonus in the hotel. I will still come to this hotel just hope the next room doesn’t have that problem.

The room was Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. She recognized that we did not have children with us and moved us up a floor since there was a large group of children staying at the hotel. That was a nice touch. The breakfast was good and it was nice to have the option to take breakfast to go. The pool and patio area are very nice. It’s a great location.

Excellent customer service. Byron checked us in that evening, was very professional, friendly and present helping to answer all my mom’s questions very patiently. Barb was amazing at breakfast- offered to provide bacon for my mom when she mentioned the breakfast menu for the day had no bacon and then even very kindly brought it back when she wanted it crisper. She truly wants to give each person a wonderful experience! At the end of breakfast Carmella( or something close to that) took the time to offer to get a bag for our leftovers. The hotel was sooo clean, updated - rooms and everywhere you went!! The bed and pillows were so comfortable- I had an amazing rest! Highly recommend this hotel! Impressed.
