Holiday Inn Express & Suites Louisville South-Hillview by IHG

We came in exhausted from a messy road trip hoping for a room. Tina was amazing. Friendly, efficient, and professional. The room was cleaned and comfortable. The shower was hot, updated, and had great water pressure! Thankful for IHG! Please recognize Tina for great customer service and a job well done.

Holly was such a gracious hostess! Made check in SO smooth. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the pool was open till 11 instead of 10. Rooms were clean & cozy!

Location is very convenient to the airport, shopping and freeway. Most of our visit was very good. Room was clean upon arrival. Spacious and modern. Mattress was a little hard and squeaky. Reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially for working over a holiday. Breakfast was good. Fitness room was well above average. Make sure you reserve a shuttle to depart the hotel or face a 20 min wait (had to Uber) because they didn’t tell at check in. We asked for housekeeping only once in four days (we’re out 9a-9p). Never cleaned.

This is an older property that has had a significant facelift, but quit too soon and missed some details. Other IHG properties I’ve stayed in have done a much better job. That said, my room was clean and inviting as long as I didn’t look too closely.

Right off the interstate and very convenient to everything I needed. I stay at Holiday Inn as much as I can, and this facility is easily the nicest, cleanest, and best kept that I have stayed at. Everyone from check-in to check-out, and the wonderful lady at breakfast, made this a fantastic stay.
