Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock North Sherwood, an IHG Hotel

Im sure its a new establishment within the year. I usually religiously stay at another brand but tried IHG because of it location to the hospital and they are the brand used by the military. The front desk associate was very helpful and pleasant. Seemed in a good mood. Thats important when you may be exhausted or delaing with family In the hospital. I was very impressed with the room. Other than it's "newness", I loved the esthetic. The color treatment, the minimalistic decor. The bathroom setup was spacious. It wasnt overcrowded as I prefer parking on whatever side of the hotel my room is on. Good location to the interstate and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Overall, a solid three star hotel. The most import thing being clean beds which it has but lacks cleanliness in other areas. The shower was not fully cleaned from last person and the table near the bed had a syrup like substance on it. I would stay again if the price is right.

Diange at the front desk made our reservation over the phone. She is very informative, professional, and kind. She also checked us in and insured our room temperature was comfortable for our needs. Thank you so much. We will return soon.

Great location and comfy rooms. Check in and out was super quick and pleasant. Only issue was the wifi. It's just slow compared to the kind of connections available nowadays. It let me get work done but was just a bit of a pain.
