My husband, daughter and I stayed in a 2 queen room for a wedding this past weekend. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The room darkening shades are excellent. The breakfast was a great setup with many choices, including healthier ones such as yogurt, oatmeal and scrambled eggs. There were plenty of baked goods, too. They just got 2 new self-serve Costa coffee makers and the coffee was excellent. The guys working the breakfast were hustling and very friendly. The front desk staff were also very competent and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find about 6 functioning EV charging stations around back. Ask for the card when you check in. I have been coming to this Holiday Inn for several years and often spend five to six weekends here each winter when I take my son skiing. The hotel is consistently great—affordable, clean, well maintained—and the staff is tremendous. I especially want to recognize the gentleman who manages the breakfast buffet each morning. He is always attentive, courteous, and wonderful with my son. His kindness and professionalism truly enhance our stay.

I received it here in Kingston, NY. The staff, so gracious and helpful. The rooms had every thoughtful accommodation one would need or want. The beds, luxurious and extremely comfortable which included super soft sheets and two firm, two soft pillows on each which was impressive and made me feel extra cared for. The Dove soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner were all full size (never saw that before) in shower and at sink. Worked very well and smelled fresh and clean. The breakfast was also impressive; quality food and you could bring everything to your room if you preferred of which I did. They even had packets of hot sauce. 1 star — and that’s only because of the breakfast. We stayed at this hotel a year ago, and at that time the conditions were decent. Now it’s a complete disappointment. The price of $240 per night is absolutely not justified. There was only one set of towels in the room, and they looked worn out and gray, clearly having lost their whiteness and freshness a long time ago. For a hotel charging this rate, that is simply unacceptable. The bed linens were wrinkled, giving the impression that they were just straightened rather than properly changed. The pillows had an unpleasant, stale odor. There was trash left in the garbage bin from the previous guest — the room was either not cleaned at all or cleaned very poorly.
