Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hope Mills-Fayetteville Arpt by IHG

We had the pleasure of saying a Holiday Inn in Hope Mills. Nitza was amazing. She helped make the check-in process extremely smooth and was very personable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will absolutely be staying again. Employees like that are difficult to find especially at this day and age. Any company would be very lucky to have her! Thank you Nitza!!

I’ve been a Hilton member for over 10 years, military, international, Spire Elite, Platinum Elite, and am a Holiday Vacations Owner… and never have I ever witnessed such discriminatory service. Refusing service to my guest for no excusable reason beyond where her ID said she lived. IHG… I’ve been a very loyal customer… I expect my guests to be treated as if they were me in front of your staff.

We stayed 4 nights for a family funeral. Very Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Close to shopping center and multiple restaurants. Mostly clean room, but hairs in shower and on bed coverlet. Excellent variety of hot breakfast options. However, the pancake machine makes terrible pancakes. Main concern is its still a week after check-in and the first night payment and incidental fee ( $200) is still on hold although the total charge has cleared. I recommend not choosing the option of electronic check-in by pre-paying the first night at this location.

This hotel has the friendliest staff, and the most down home feel of any hotel we’ve been to. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Everyone works together to make our stay the best we could have! They went out of their way to meet our needs and accommodate our wishes. The breakfast has a good variety of choices, the outdoor pool is nice in warm weather and the rooms at good sized and clean. We WILL be back!!

UPDATE: I see that Holiday in replied and asked me to contact them, but the contact information was not left in order for me to do so. I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and it wasn't ideal, when I think about Holiday Inn and Express as a brand. The front desk was nice enough, which can sometimes make or break an experience. My biggest complaint is cleanliness of the room. I normally request new bedding when I stay in a hotel, just as a personal preference. However, I HAD to request need bedding because there was A LOT of hair and speckles of other things on the bedding that was already on the bed! I was so disgusted. I changed the bedding out, but still felt uneasy so I slept in my clothes and a hoodie. There was also hair that wasn't mine in the bathroom. I didn't eat because the food
