Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hearne by IHG

I usually always stay at an IHG hotel. You can always count on a nice clean and comfortable room and bed. Service is always friendly, and willing to make your stay better.

I frequent this hotel in Hearne, when I travel to see my family. I must say that I never have any problems. The staff is always professional and caring and the establishment is always clean. Their breakfast menu is always consistently fresh and tasty. It's my home away from home.

Loud Trains in the morning, but that is my only complaint. Whoever was in charge of designing the customer experience deserves a raise. The room was beautifully designed, it looks no different than a major hotel chain. Check in staff were friendly. The room met expectations, soft bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was as you expect from any hotel chain. I had to wake up early anyways, so the trains did not disturb me, but it is worth noting for anyone that might want to stay here. ||Room quality: 4/5 - Nothing amazing, but clean.|Facilities: 3/5 - No onsite dining, but a restaurant nearby. I booked last minute because of severe thunderstorms that were rolling into the area. it was easy and quick to book these rooms. Shout out to Kim, our front desk clerk, who also made sure that our two rooms were conjoining rooms. The beds were super comfortable as well as the temperature in the rooms.

Mrs Kim was amazing to us We booked the wrong time & she helped us out and moved us to a better day that cost more the same price ! We can’t wait to Zac Top tonight
