Holiday Inn Express & Suites Green Bay East by IHG

Loved it. Winter time. The windows are thin, keep shade closed to avoid a breeze. Ours was not latched and the easy clean windows that flip open were open about 1/4 inch. I closed and latched, but still had a light breeze. Room is great, thermostat on wall. Heat maintained a consisten temp, perfect. I like the walk in shower, bathroom very good. You'll find a cup at the coffee maker if you need to take meds, not in bathroom. Fridge had to be plugged in. Good amount of plugs a d USB plugs by bed is nice. The alarm clock prob set by previous guest was set at 5 a.m.! Ugh. I had to just turn it off, kept hitting snooze. Breakfast is good! Love Holiday Inn Exp free breakfasts and coffee is great! Pool is my grandson's favorite with frog slide. I like the hot tub.

We stayed in one of the king suites and were VERY happy! You could close the bedroom door and still have a seperate space. Everything was clean, breakfast was well stocked, and the staff was super friendly

Very clean. Staff is friendly and they have Dove products for guests. My skin is very sensitive so to see they have that available for me as a soap is like top notch in my opinion.

Many things to comment on Front entrance was always very Dirty and the Outside was smoking lounge Butts all over. The single elevator was always dirty, to the point that even the buttons you push for the floors were sticky with debris. The gym floor and equipment was dirty and seemed never have been cleaned. Towels were a rare commodity in the Gym. The wipe container was dead empty. When I brough that to the attention of the main desk, they did replace it. We asked if they cleaned the rooms daily or not. We were told no, but they would provide fresh towels and take away the trash. That happened only once during our stay. no this my bill did not arrive until 4/24 when I checked out on 4/20. This hotel was clean and had a great pool area with lots of seating. We were there for one night with multiple families and were able to meet up at the tables where breakfast is served to play games and make plans. Our room was nice- no complaints at all.
