Holiday Inn Express & Suites Firestone - Longmont by IHG

Stayed here for a night for an event. The room (queen suite) was very clean and roomy for what you get. My older teen sons were excited they didn’t have to share a bed since there was a pullout couch. Shower was hot, pressure was great. The night check in lady was so nice and accommodating. This morning durning checkout, the lady was super sweet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Disappointing late-night experience.. I travel frequently for work and spend roughly 45–60 nights a year in hotels. I usually stay with Hilton or Marriott brands, but I’ve also had generally good experiences with IHG as a value option. Amd have Diamond/equivalent status at all 3. This experience, however, was a first. While passing through, I made a last-minute reservation around 2:00 a.m. through the app for the Holiday Inn & Suites in Firestone. I arrived shortly after and waited about 15 minutes for a front desk clerk to appear. When he did, I was told they could not honor my reservation because it was after their nightly audit. I asked whether rooms were available, and he confirmed that they were, but stated I would not be able to check in until after 3:00 pm the following afternoon.

Standard room, stinky pillow, food was below average - scrambled eggs were overcooked and brown. I would not go back. The person at the desk was pleasant. The room was mostly clean looking, but they did not vacuum after the last guest left and I wasn't sure that the sheets on one of the beds had been changed.

The hotel and room was very clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the shower was nice and hot water was plentiful. Other hotels seem to have problems providing hot enough water for showers, and don't let you control the heat or AC but this was not the case here. The wifi worked great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a good breakfast selection. It's a great value and we would definitely stay here again when travelling through the area. thanks! :)

This is a really nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and professional, they go above and beyond for their customers. The rooms are super clean. It’s located in a great area. Plenty of food around and things to do. I wish breakfast was at 6 instead of 6:30. I’ll be staying here again!
