Holiday Inn Express & Suites Duncan, an IHG Hotel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay at Holiday Inn Duncan – Thanks to Debbie!||||I had an excellent experience during my stay at the Holiday Inn in Duncan, Oklahoma. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really made my visit exceptional was the service at the front desk.||||Debbie was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. She was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was answering questions, offering local recommendations, or handling check-in with ease, her customer service was truly top-notch.||||It’s clear that Debbie takes pride in her work, and she made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Holiday Inn Duncan is lucky to have her!||||I

One of our families best recent hotel experiences! The staff was all so kind and incredibly helpful. Everything was so clean; one of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I’ve seen. They also provided a portable crib in our room with an actual crib sheet and crib quilt (very uncommon in hotels). Breakfast had good options. The location is very convenient for anything you’d need in Duncan as well. We had a great stay and would recommend!

Searching for a room in Duncan, we looked at reviews and ratings as well as available amenities. The HI Express had the highest ratings and met all our amenities requirements (breakfast, microfridge, wifi, quality, and competitive pricing.) This property is among the quietest we have ever experienced. The staff was personable and professional. My wife and I adhere to a vegan diet, and we were able to leave the complimentary breakfast well-fed. We had bagels, oatmeal with raising and walnuts, fruit, and juice or water (which is plenty for us.) The breakfast area was laid out for easy access, and seating was sufficient for the size of the property. We enjoyed our stay and would return if we're in the area again.

Location and hotel were good overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Entire place appeared clean from lobby to eating area, elevator and rooms. We choose to “go green” and get points for several nights instead of daily housekeeping services. It was easy to get more towels/supplies at the front desk. The large pool was refreshing and the hot tub hot! I would suggest better quality towels and 2 ply TP and change out shower curtains for sliding doors as there was not a bathroom fan and it got a bit steamy! The bed and pillows were comfy and the room large. The morning breakfasts were better than some hotels. Good options, kept stocked, rotated hot foods and great pastries and hot cinnamon buns!

Clean well maintained hotel, the best kept IHG we have ever stayed at. A little bit of a drive from Fort Sill but made for a nice getaway. Lots of eating choices nearby along with shopping. The hotel breakfast was really good, complete with hot pancakes and cold choices to grab and go. Coffee in the lobby is always available along with fresh baked cookies and fruit. The pool was nice, there is a workout room and business center. Great value!
