Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denver Airport by IHG

I was stuck in Denver Airport on Christmas Night🎄. My connecting flight got canceled. I called Holliday Inn Express and the gentleman took his time and walked me through my options and reminded me I could save money with my IHG membership (Which I forgot I had from years ago!) I was able to book a King room for a reasonable price. But I was scared the shuttle couldn't pick me up (Christmas and all)! He was with me on the phone for at least half an hour guiding me through where to go in the Airport to pick up the shuttle and even stuck with me on the phone on the train between terminals to the pick up spot to make sure I was OK! I had a great experience here. This is our spot for airport travel. I made an error with my reservation and Matthew was able to correct the situation so quickly. He was very kind and understanding. Even the night clerk was attentive and helpful. The shuttle and parking really help make our travels with kids seamless. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable.

This is a good airport hotel. We stayed here when our flight was delayed. It was clean and provided us with a place to rest our heads. We don’t try any of the amenities do to arriving late and the leaving early. However the shuttle to/from the airport was on time and great. Would stay here again as quick stop over.

Positive: Airport Shuttle option convenient Negative: Sound insulation in floor/ceiling is terrible. With people catching flights at all hours of the day and night, you constantly hear people moving about above you. Was not a good night of sleep for that reason.

Many other hotels to choose from. Don’t waist your money here. Plain rooms. Ac/heat rattled all night. Lights in bathroom and not bright for makeup. Minimal towels. Beds not comfy. No kitchen sink. Small fridge. Pancake machine broken. Breakfast not great. $17/night for parking. No pool. Workout room minimal I am not a person that needs much but for the price find another place. On a positive the staff was nice.
