Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denison North-Lake Texoma

This place is horrible!!! Me and my friends tried to stay here This place is haunted. The third floor is under construction The lights flicker the mirrors are two-sided and there’s tape on the door and also The temperature is so hot My wall in my room was literally broken and the window could’ve fallen out in seconds and and I heard tapping at night, so that’s not nice and the chairs are so dirty👺🤮🤮🤮 never EVER stay here…

We reserved a room here and were assigned a king room on the 3rd floor. When we checked in, there was an extreme smell of some kind of fragrance which should have been a clue. We went up to the room and upon opening the door, the smell of mildew assaulted our senses. There was mold growing on the ceiling. We went back down and checked right back out. Avoid this property. The front desk person was nice.

We went, there was no Front Desk. Just a closet with the computer. Obviously under renovation, but when I say renovation, I mean, complete overhaul, dust everywhere- a worksite. They said we could use the pool “if we didn’t mind the dust” It looked like a pond. We got stuck in the elevator. Finally the door opened and the front desk person said oh you just have to push a little hard harder on the button. Well, it didn’t get any better when we got to the hallway, covered, and dust and no air-conditioning smelling like humidity. I hope maybe the room would show some promise, but I was wrong. I’ll spare you the terrible details, but just read the previous comments they should shut this down until they’re done remodeling Or their reviews will never recover. Staff was nice and understanding. T

Great place with comfortable rooms. However, they are renovation the whole place at this time. So no pool no gym and such. Great place to stay if you visiting nearby parks or casino.

The front desk people are helpful but that's where the pleasantries end. No breakfast, no comfort, difficult to access, nasty beds and bedding. They really should have just closed for renovations. It was a horrible experience and I will never be back. I'd sleep in my car before I stayed there again.
