Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clewiston by IHG

This hotel is amazing! So clean, very pleasant management and all other employees. Breakfast options are great. Did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, as temperature colder. Well worth the money to stay in such a nice hotel. A few fast food restaurants to walk to, but others options a short drive and a Walmart across the road. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent property. Not too old, but not brand new either. Ava (spelling) was awesome at the front desk. Rooms was spotless. The mattress was just ok. I’m not particularly a fan of foam mattresses. I like springs in mine. But the hot tub was awesome! 👏 Breakfast was great too. Love, love, love bacon at a HIE breakfast buffet! We would stay here again.

Very friendly faces and customer service! Checking in was a breeze that required a deposit! No smoking rooms. Early check in and late check out are available if you're a reward member. The bed is soft and will hold you pass the alarm clock! The window shade keeps the room dark in the day if that's what you like which I def enjoyed! No complaints also complementary breakfast from 6:30-9:30

We were not familiar with the area and had a fishing charter scheduled for my son and husband at Lake Okeechobee so we decided to stay in Clewiston. My daughter attends school in West Palm Beach so we had driven over from there for the weekend. Not much in the area and somewhat disappointed with the lake and access to it. There is a path around the lake that is accessible at the marina and a state park about 12 minutes away, but you can not see the lake driving by it nor sit at a table and enjoy the view ... you had to go up on the path or be out on the lake itself to enjoy it. For that reason, I do not think I would ever return to this area. It seems like it is an area where people pass through from east to west more than stay there for any extended amount of time.
