Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clarksville by IHG

Clean and cozy, front desk staff are excellent! But let me tell you about Tesha! She's the super sweet, attentive staff that makes sure your breakfast experience is the best! I felt like a guest in her home the way she took care of me! And her sweet disposition was just the icing on the cake! What a great place to spend your week!

There is no streaming here, making the hotel outdated in terms of entertainment. The girl at the front desk failed to tell me the times for breakfast and also did not give directions to the room where we were staying. Most will ask if you have a preference for a floor or proximity to the elevator. We were on the top floor, I prefer first BUT she did get us a room with a bathtub instead of a shower only. That was a win since I am traveling with a little one. Breakfast was fine, not stellar but it suited our needs. There also very few choices for food in the area; mainly fast food options. There were no restaurant recommendations which I would have expected in an area where choices are slim and people traveling may not be familiar with the few local choices. There was nothing "wrong"

I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns all across the country; and this one is top tier. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the staff, price of the room, cleanliness of the hotel, and the complimentary cookies and quality of the breakfast during my stay. They surprised me even after I had left when they called me and asked if I left a pair of headphones. I told them I had already made it a few hours down the road, and they’d offered to mail them to me! Just got my headphones back! 10/10 Holiday Inn Clarksville!

We arrived an hour early to check in and were allowed to check in. We had used our Military Discount online and were asked to verify. First time at Holiday Inn Express since 2019 we verified at front desk. Guess this Inn has been experiencing scams. We didn't get a "thank you for your service." The front desk was occupied by the Manager. We were also informed IHG is going to lower the percentage rate starting in October for all Military rate discounts. Just a "heads up." Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was healthy and hot. Coffee was very good and hot also. I felt very safe; Holiday Inn Express is across from Arkansas State Police Headquarters.

Good hotel. However, someone kept wedging the side door open and I removed the rock 3 times. I told the front desk and no big deal. Next morning same door was wedged open again. Safety and security at this location is a concern.
