Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago North Shore - Niles by IHG

My family and I take a trip down to the city about once or twice a year and we will most certainly be staying here from now on! Staff were great and went above and beyond! The staff was great with my children also! Definitely made our trip a 10/10! Breakfast was amazing! Rooms were super clean and quiet! 10/10 hotel!!

My stay was so peaceful and relaxing. The hotel was very clean and smelled great upon entering. The room was comfortable and cute. Great service.Hafsa at the front desk was sweet and helpful. I had a very pleasant time and it was a great place to stay for some rest and relaxation. Will definitely stay here again.

My friend and I ended up staying here last minute when our accommodations fell through while traveling out of town. The hotel is clean and quiet, the room is a great size and all very new looking. Super comfy beds and it was so quiet here at night, it’s really peaceful. Also the hot breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wish every hotel stay I had was as good as this one.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, my room keys didn’t work, which was a frustrating start. Once I got into the room, it had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult to even rinse off properly.|To make matters worse, I saw ants in the breakfast area—completely unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety standpoint. While I understand that no place is perfect, the combination of these issues shows a clear lack of attention to basic maintenance and cleanliness.|I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made. I have reached out directly to the Hotel but the response showed lack of concerns for the issues presented.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and quiet, which made it easy to relax and get good rest. We really appreciated the unlimited coffee, and the breakfast was pretty good. The pool was also a nice bonus and well maintained. A special thank-you to Suchi at the front desk — she was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Her warm and helpful attitude truly made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
