Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brunswick - Harpers Ferry Area by IHG

I have been booking with the Holiday Inn Express for years because of the amazing experience they provide every time. My stay here was no different. After hours of driving I needed a place to rest for the night. Michelle was incredibly helpful getting me setup with a room on the first floor last minute. The room was amazing and free breakfast is always a bonus. If you are in Brunswick and need a hotel definitely check out this location!

The staff is so friendly and helpful you'll feel like coming back just to visit. No noise from the HVAC like so many other hotels I've stayed in. Bed was comfy and the pillows were like sleeping with your head on a cloud. The breakfast was a total surprise! I never saw any better breakfast in a hotel. Eggs and sausage that actually tasted real. I can't say enough about how pleasant my stay was. Plus, as a bonus, the price was much less than I expected for such a nice hotel!

While on a sisters trip, we spent a couple of nights at this property. The location was close to Harpers Ferry, where we spent a day. The room was clean and comfortable and they made sure our rooms were next to each other. They did come and bring us clean towels after just the first day, which is pretty rare these days. The breakfast was good and my sister-in-law loves the cinnamon rolls. The pool was clean, but too cold to really enjoy. All-in-all, it was a nice stay.

We planned to spend the day in Harper's Ferry and needed a couple hotel rooms for the night. The options in Harper's Ferry weren't good, so we picked this Holiday Inn in Brunswick. The location was fine. The ladies working at the front desk were most helpful and accommodating. We wanted both rooms on the first floor but were told that didn't come through on their end, even though I put it in the online reservation form. We were able to get at least one of the rooms on the first floor. There were things about the room we didn't like. First the hotel did not have ice machines on every floor. When I asked where the machine was on the first floor, I was told the closest was up the stairs. Fortunately the lady working the desk was able to get ice for me from the kitchen. We were warned it was an uphill climb from the C&O trail and it was more uphill than we bargained for. But once there, the staff was great and we were able to wash our bikes and store them in our rooms. Breakfast was typical but fine. And the ride downhill in the morning was awesome. A shuttle from hotel would have made this perfect.
