Holiday Inn Express & Suites Branson 76 Central

Amazing customer service. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and very clean I felt like a vp guest. The location is perfect for all things Branson. Located directly in the middle of all things fun. We only stayed for one day but because of the location we were able to partake in many adventurous activities including the grand country fun spot and water park, the Branson coaster, ripleys believe it or not museum and some other fun things. Will definitely be returning. The view from the room was stunning

The Holiday Inn Express in Branson is a perfectly forgettable hotel — which, to be fair, is mostly the point of the Holiday Inn Express brand. You check in, sleep, grab breakfast, and leave. Nothing aggravates you, but nothing stands out either.||||Front-desk staff skewed young but were polite and reasonably responsive. I received a text on the morning of arrival saying I’d been upgraded and asking about my arrival time. Whether that came from an actual employee or an AI chatbot is unclear, but it accomplished the task.||||At check-in, I did receive the upgrade through my IHG elite status, though the usual elite-choice benefit of points or a market item wasn’t offered. Five stars isn’t enough for our experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Branson, Missouri. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well run. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were perfect after long days exploring Branson, and the breakfast was fresh and fully stocked even during the morning rush. Everything ran smoothly and effortlessly. But the real standout is the manager, Manuel. From the moment we walked in, Manuel welcomed us like we were long lost relatives he was genuinely excited to see. Not in an over the top way, but in that rare, authentic way that instantly makes you feel taken care of. If hospitality were an Olympic sport, Manuel would be bringing home gold for Branson. Positive: This is the cleanest Holiday Inn Express & Suites we’ve ever been too. Another thing we loved about this hotel was the lobby, the sitting area where guests sit to eat breakfast or lounge has big windows that give a beautiful view of some of the Ozarks. Negative: The front parking lot can fill up pretty fast. My spouse is handicapped and one evening coming back to the hotel from a show, all of the front parking lot spaces were full including the handicapped ones. We had to walk quite a bit to the hotel.

Room was clean, bed comfortable and the room was pleasantly quiet. Being close to elevator, I was concerned it might be a distraction, but it was not at all. “Balcony” was concreted in; door was not operational, but I did not have a need for it anyway. There was no remote, but when I called the desk they sent someone up with a new one and he programmed it right there. The front desk agents were polite and helpful. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was nicely kept up. Had it not been winter and snow on the ground I would have utilized the walkability of the hotel in proximity to several restaurant and store options. I also appreciated the enclosed closet space and separate ironing board, iron cabinet. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. The water pressure was much better
