Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin SW - Sunset Valley by IHG

I stay here frequently for work. I'm a rewards member. This hotel is getting worse and worse. Some toilets need maintenance, rooms are not clean anymore. There is dust everywhere and the cheap towels are the worst. Fabric is super crispy and rough when using them. Looking for better option, for the price, you can of course find a better hotel.

Positive: Nice coffee Negative: The room was not cleaned in the upcoming staying days, bathroom was left with hair and spots in the floor, even with hair not belonging to us

We stayed 1 night for a dr apt. I'm a wheelchair user. The ada room we had was huge! It was very nice. The staff was very helpful. Ryan was the evening front desk person. He helped me print out the new patient paperwork I needed & have me a pen & paperclip without me asking. The morning clerk gave me a toothbrush/paste when I realized I forgot mine. The breakfast was good. We'll be staying here whenever we need to go see the doctor.

Very pleasant stay, we all slept really well. Hotel was cool and quiet in the August heat, a nice pool and breakfast was included as well as wifi. Would happily stay again if in the area.

Typical Holiday Inn Express, but with a very friendly staff, super clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was the usual - some sort of eggs, biscuits and gravy, a meat, yogurt, wakes, etc. Good coffee.
