Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arkadelphia - Caddo Valley by IHG

I've stayed here about a dozen times and I have been satisfied every time. The rooms are updated and clean. The staff are professional and courteous. The hotel is quiet and feels safe. It's convenient to I30, but is far enough from the highway to avoid road noise. The breakfast is usually very good by Holiday Inn standards.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I have stayed at this location dozens of times over the years and tonight we had a terrible experience by a front desk clerk. My son & mother were kicked out of this hotel after they were laughing while in the lobby. I called to speak with the front desk clerk and he said he felt like they were laughing at him and he would not be disrespected. I could understand if they were cursing or being noisy but they were laughing at a joke my young son made. This was at 9pm after driving 7 hours. I cannot imagine how fragile someone’s masculinity has to be to kick out a woman and child because of their laughter. Truly despicable. I have filed a more formal complaint but I want to make sure everyone knows to mind your Ps & Qs if you want to stay in this estab

We came into town for a quick two night stay for my mom's 80th birthday celebration. The hotel was conveniently located, breakfast was great (and the service), the beds were very comfortable. My daughter and husband used the exercise room. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

I am a professional truck driver,I called the front desk,I spoke with a gentleman named Ryan, this man defines professionalism, he is definitely an asset to the IHG corporation,he went above and beyond to accommodate me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay at a quality hotel, the entire staff acts this way. Thank you for all the hospitality and acts kindness

Honestly this is one of the most cleanest most comfortable hotel my husband and children have stayed in. It was VERY CLEAN!! Bed and pillows were also very comfortable! This hotel if going to be our new stopping point while traveling from Tx to IL. Perfect location aswell!
