Holiday Inn Express & Suites American Fork- North Provo by IHG

I love this hotel!! super friendly staff and management (Jayden is the best!) They are always so accommodating! allowed an early check in and late check out! The rooms and facilities are super clean and well kept! beds are comfortable! we used the conference room for a baby blessing reception and it was perfect! and very reasonable! ty!! I would not hesitate to come back (and I have)!

Check in was fast and friendly. We had two dogs and they were very nice to the dogs. Shout out to Jada at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful!||The room was modern and clean with good lighting. The WiFi was much better than we typically find at hotels. The pool area looked clean, but, we didn’t have time to use it. The lawns and building exterior were very well maintained.||Breakfast was typical stuff plus hot items, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, etc. The exercise room was small but well equipped.||There were a couple of nice “extra” things that we liked: The chilled/hot water machines were great for filling water bottles; there is a bin with extra silverware that was available 24x7 — this is a little thing, but, we appreciated it.||I’m surprised by how low the score

What is going on with the front desk staff—don’t they know which rooms face which direction? When we checked in, we explained how noisy our stay at the Best Western Plus in Page, AZ had been the night before. We’re traveling from AZ to WA, and he seemed sympathetic, yet still put us in a room right next to the freeway. Rm# 319. It was extremely loud all night, as if the windows were wide open. On top of that, the heater sounded like a jet taking off, so we ended up turning it off. The TV was very old and small (32"), so we didn’t even turn it on to unwind after a long day of driving. The only positives: the bed was comfortable, the room was clean (though every light bulb was extremely bright, like spotlights), and the breakfast was great.

I was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased

Rooms appear recently renovated and clean. Beds were comfortable. I had to change rooms as the king bed room I had was on the side of the hotel that faced I15 ... extremely unpleasant loud road noise that is relentless 24 hours a day. Very hard to sleep because of it. Other reviewers complain about this so management, REPLACE YOUR OLD CRUMMY WINDOWS. The light switches beam light from the switch when turned off, which lights up the room. Bring painters tape and cardboard so you can cover the switches, lamp switch, microwave and clock.
