Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alliance, an IHG Hotel

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alliance! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety of options. The location was convenient and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they provided great recommendations for places to eat nearby. The lobby is bright and inviting, creating a pleasant first impression. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night’s sleep. The amenities, including the mini-fridge and coffee maker, were a nice touch. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was a wide variety of options ranging from pastries and yogurt to hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. It was a convenient and delicious way to start the day.

Positive: the staff were friendly and kind. The breakfast was nice too Negative: The pool was very dirty - had a rusty metal screw about 6-8 inches long on the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was out of order and VERY green. It was NOT well labeled. There was someone in it even though it was out of order. We were unable to swim.

The beds were not bad I’ve had better but I’ve had a lot worse they were sleep able, rooms were nice and clean we got an ada room, very pleased with the accessibility and the grab bar placement in the shower and bathroom. The lady and gentleman at the front desk were super nice we went there to celebrate my birthday and a chose a very convenient location to where I live, The nice lady came up and wished me happy birthday and gave me a hug which really means a lot to me as this is my 70th we use the heck out of the hot tub in the pool it was wonderful yes I will go there again in a heartbeat

Great stay from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff was extremely welcoming. Breakfast had plenty of options and everything was fresh. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Alliance.
