Holiday Inn Express Pembroke by IHG

Excellent hotel and staff! Quiet and secluded from road noise. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Room was clean in a great location.|Ms. Samantha, a front desk Manager, was especially helpful offering information about local attractions and restaurants. Samantha provided me a map of U.N.C. Pembroke and made sure everything was great with my room. There are plenty of fast serve food locations near by. Nice place to work out inside hotel. I highly recommend this holiday inn express!

Upon entry the lobby was very clean and inviting. The pool area was clean. The rooms were clean and used Dove products. Each and every staff member I encountered was very friendly. Any issue I had was resolved immediately with courtesy and the utmost professionalism. Top notch customer service. I would definitely stay at this property again. Excellent stay.

A friend and I acquired a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express after our AirB&B reservation didn't work out. What a delightful find after a disappointing start to our day. We were able to book a room with two queen beds overlooking the pool and a large field. It was quiet, clean and beautiful. The front desk service was A+++ and the breakfast offered was really good with healthy options. The kitchen service was very accommodating as well. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were plush. And this hotel has a 100% sanitation rating at the front desk. A fantastic stay overall.

Beautifully clean, bright hotel. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and clean. Couldn't be more pleased.

I wish i could have given more than one star for my room. This was my third stay over the last two months and I was very disappointed. While the overall appearance of the room was clean, when I went to go to bed around 11, I saw what appeared to be a heavy stain on the nightstand. I was too tired to ask for another room, however, this will be my last stay at this location.
