Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee N-Brown Deer/Mequon by IHG

Staff were extremely kind. I had to reschedule my flight home due to weather and needed a place to telework after I checked out. They had no problem with me working for hours in the breakfast area and they held my luggage in the office for me. Breakfast was fine. The only reason the room wasn't 5 stars is because the heating unit fan was very loud and stayed on the entire time.

Clean room and lobby/breakfast area, nice staff, well lit parking lot. A couple decent places to eat within walking distance. Overall a really nice experience.

This was the first time I have traveled with someone with severe mobility disabilities. At check in, the staff showed us the rooms to assure the facility would be adequate. He was extremely helpful. During our three day stay, the entire staff went out of their way to assist us. My brother was unable to make it to breakfast by the closing time and the staff kept it open until we had finished. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. Although this appeared to be an older facility, it was extremely clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here as a business group with a few colleagues and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was nicely varied and well-stocked. What really stood out was the outstanding service — the staff were always helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with any issues. Truly impressive customer support. Highly recommended for business stays!

Positive: The gentle working the front desk was very friendly and overall just a great host. Negative: The shower wasn’t the cleanest.
