Holiday Inn Express Miami Airport Blue Lagoon Area, an IHG Hotel

We had a lovely stay here—clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with a great complimentary breakfast. The airport ride was a big plus and made getting in and out easy. The lake views from our floor were beautiful and peaceful. The staff wasn’t overly warm, but that seems to be the norm everywhere. All in all, I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. Parking is free compared to other nearby properties. The room was large and nice. My room was quiet and had a good view. I was able to walk to restaurants about 1.25 miles away. The staff was friendly and helpful.||Breakfast is average for Holiday Inn Express. They have a coffee machine in the breakfast area which grinds your coffee and brews your coffee to order. The only problem is a lot of people are waiting to make coffee at times. ||The ice machine on the 6th floor was not working.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Smelled fresh, towels and linen were very clean. The location is great, very close to the airport and the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was great. The complementary breakfast was good. Only thing is they didn’t have water to drink. Staff in the front was a bit rude but outside of the that no other complaints.

We purchased a day room here when we got off of a cruise and our flight didn't leave until the evening. It was perfect! Our room was ready when we arrived at 9:30am. We used the pool for a few hours before heading back to the room for a shower and a nap. We then used the free shuttle to the airport. Their shuttle will also take you to a shopping area with restaurants. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating.
