Holiday Inn Express Hanover by IHG

I'll start by saying the staff was courteous, and professional. The hotel is feeling dated, especially with all the remodeling going on around the country. A little bit bummed out no bagels at breakfast, but I do appreciate the blueberry yogurt. As many places have only strawberry. They have the new coffee machines which in my opinion are too slow and create a log jam at the coffee. I'm sure it requires less man hours and waste to keep fresh coffee, bring back the pump. The room decor echoes the outdated sentiment. Nice TV & comfortable pillows. Curtains do not stay closed. Needs to be updated to offset rails that overlap. The location is great if you're doing business in Hanover.

Our go to hotel when in Hanover visiting family. Nice rooms, everything clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Nice, friendly, helpful staff, with a good breakfast, and close to restaurants and amenities.

This is my second time staying here. Hair was on my floor, wall, toilet lid and behind toilet seat in the bathroom. The bottom of the toilet was nasty. When they cleaned my room, they didn't clean the sink nor change the empty body wash. I asked the front desk person for body wash and they hand me a empty container. Breakfast was good

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable with a selection of different pillows. The room was quiet and everything worked except the coffee maker, but there was coffee downstairs anyway. I have stayed here several times while in Hanover and have never had a bad experience. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, excellent service. Work travel, don't know exact costs. Typical breakfast and typical options (nothing to rave about, but is expected). Good area and beside Texas Roadhouse which is a delicious and affordable dine-in.
