Holiday Inn Express Guesthouse

I like staying at this place e when driving through El paso. Its nice and safe as it is on base and the rooms are clean and comfortable. And its very close freedom crossing which has everything you can need.

Rooms smelled bad. Walls were not clean. Bathrooms are very small. Bathroom door was worn badly. Weird layout. Staff was not very nice. All had an attitude. Half the breakfast buffet was out of order. The rest was cold. Their food doesn’t have a lid they used tinfoil. So food wasn’t even warm. The only good thing was its location. Never coming here again.

Amazing staff! They are so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! I wish there was more storage room or a kitchenette. Great for short stays.

I had an issue when checking in after a long day of traveling (the night of 28 August) and the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Service was phenomenal. Breakfast was great, my room was clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

We stayed here PCS'ing out for 2 nights and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Erika were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, for my family of 5. Plus they managed to bring a roll away bed for my youngest. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and a light dinner.
