Holiday Inn Express Gloucester

From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The location made it very convenient for getting to local events and attractions. My room was comfortable and quiet, with a good bed and plenty of hot water in the shower, which made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was a big plus there were plenty of options and everything was well stocked and fresh, so it was easy to start the day without having to go out and find food. The free Wi‑Fi was reliable and made it simple to get a bit of work done and stream without issues. While no hotel is perfect, I felt this property offered good value for the price, and the positive attitude of the team really stood out. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend Holiday Inn Express

I stay in hotels often and I called family to recommend this one before I even left the parking lot. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely sized and legacies with plenty of storage including a wardrobe and huge drawers under built-in seating. The room had ample plugs and lighting. Breakfast was a 10/10 with more options than any place i’ve stayed at recently! Check in was a breeze and parking was easy too. I was there a bit early but the pool looks like it will be relaxing when it’s open as well.

We have been here for 7 weeks for a commercial job. Angelique and her staff have been very cordial, attentive and doing their jobs well. Those qualities stem from management! Thank you for our stay and hopefully next time we are in Gloucester we know where to go!

Positive: It was convenient to travel to the wedding we went to Negative: Had to go to the 2nd floor for ice. You could smell Marijuana through our door and as soon as you step in the hallway. I thought I had gotten a non-smoking room.
