Holiday Inn Express Cincinnati North - Monroe by IHG

My stay was absolutely incredible. My job put us up in a hotel due to the weather, and I am so happy they put me at this hotel.The rooms were in immaculate shape, clean, and homey. And Skyler was a breath of fresh air. She was consistently helpful with a smile on her face and made me feel welcome. I will definitely coming back to stay at the Holiday Inn.

It might be a small motel but it offers big motel experience. Very clean, comfortable beds, breakfast in the morning, and not over priced. I would stay here again. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Walls were incredibly thin. Doors slammed. Beds horrible. Shower was broken. Limited hot water. Kids were running up and down the halls knocking on doors. Not a good place for a romantic evening, for sure! Almost left and just drove home. Over $200 for a horrible experience. Points due to proximity to Miami Valley Gaming, and the efficiency of the front desk.

The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are dirty. The beds, carpets and everything else in the hotel rooms need a good cleaning. Do yourself a favor and bring sanitizing wipes and lysol spray for the bed. Its not the worst hotel but definitely needs a good cleaning. Also not American operated. Also if your an IHG rewards member make sure you get your points for your stay.
