Perfect location and great bed! Very accommodating! The ladies at the front desk had me laughing and smiling after Hours... of traveling. Beate and Mayra were quick while giving me all the things I needed to know. We need more of them in the world!

We stayed here to escape Hurricane Irma. We have stayed at military hotels over the years and this is one the best. The front desk personnel worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone. They were always friendly, kind and efficient. They met all our needs, day and night. we stayed in the main building where the check-in desk is located. Many families with their pets were at the hotel to escape the hurricane. Lots of active duty were there for TDY. The place was filled to capacity! The housekeeping staff worked overtime to keep all the rooms clean and supply fresh linens. The hotel supplied flashlights, extra linens and printed emergency procedures to us as we were in a tropical storm one day while there. We never lost power and there were no storm issues. This was what we used to call the military guest housing, which is now run by IHG. No problems at all, But one thing that could have been better were the televisions. It would have been better if we could have used our streaming services like Amazon or netflix.

My trip started out sideways, just like the sink installed in my newly refurbished room, as well as my government travel credit card being declined when checking in. The front desk staff quickly helped turn my trip around and got me back on track with all of their immense support and professionalism that kelpt me moving in the right direction. Specifically, Rodelyn, Chelsea, Zaida, Beate, Julie A, Chantel, Lerna, and Stephanie were incredibly patient and understanding as we worked through the credit card issue. Though my situation was frustrating, they didn't make me feel like a burden. Their understanding and patience made me feel respected. They were proactive in finding solutions and remained cheerful and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciated Rodelyn's calm demeanor

The staff at the IHG Fort Novosel are the reason I'm writing this departure review. My month-long business trip (January 5th - February 5th) was made truly enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. These individuals consistently went above and beyond, demonstrating a genuine desire to help and a level of service that is a true asset to the hotel.
