Holiday Inn Express Breezewood by IHG

My daughter and I coasted into their parking lot late at night as our car was on its last leg. The receptionist Jenny was so kind and helpful figuring out a room for us so late. The breakfast was yummy, and the ladies working the dining room and the morning receptionist were all so kind and helpful as we had to figure out a way back home. The warm and friendly reception we received was the best part of our stay, but right up there with the service were the super comfortable beds and linens and newly remodeled bathrooms with all Dove products, which we love! If you’re roadtripping and need a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff, I definitely recommend! PS. The Starbucks across the highway is great too. I have nothing but positives to say about my stay. There are renovations currently happening, but they have those areas blocked off beautifully so that it doesn't interfere with your stay. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I was booked in a recently renovated room, and it was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable, the room was spotless, and there was a full size hair dryer, soaps, body lotions, and shampoos/conditioners. One of the best parts was none of those old standard heaters by the window. You have a thermostat that you can control the heat and AC. There was also a full size ironing board and iron if you needed those items. They have an indoor pool as well, but I didn't utilize that during my stay. Driving overnight from NJ to Columbus, OH with two kids under three. Had terrible weather and decided to stop for the night. We checked in at 11 pm with great service, and they had a full crib set up for us in our room in 15 minutes. Room was clean and hotel quiet. Complementary breakfast was great, and they had high chairs that they brought out for us. This was a really nice family friendly hotel, that went above and beyond to accommodate us on a long night. Would highly recommend stopping on a trip.

My Experience was amazing....the indoor gym, heated pool and hot tub were a bonus. I used the business room access to computer and printer. The breakfast bar was lovely, well stocked and inviting. The employee's were very sweet and helpful. Several truck stops border hotel but, surprisingly I did not hear any trucks from 10pm to 4 am. Wine and snacks available. If you travel a lot join their IHG for discounts..... I will be back!!!!

After traveling across the country, my coworkers and I wanted to end our 3 week work assignment on a high note. Raven at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we received all the discounts we were eligible for. I was really impressed that she took the extra time to do this for us. The hotel was well maintained and clean in addition to being a great value. We all agreed to make this a regular stop in the future.
