Customer Reviews
Location was ideal, on the east side of the Denver Metro area and close to I-70, restaurants, and shopping options. Atmosphere was very good and I liked the layout of the hotel interior. Rooms were very clean and cozy, everything was in order. Value wise, I got a great hotel and car rental bundle via Expedia and I saved some money. Noise level was fine, most of the time it was very quiet. Service was very good and the check in process was quick and easy. Overall, I would love to stay again on my next trip.
Positive: They are very accommodating, letting check in early. They knew we were coming in early and had a room ready for us. Negative: The hot water could be a little hotter, it was warm at best.
This place is huge with a huge atrium.Central elevators that you must enter from the parking lot or the parking garage, which is quite a walk. There are no suites with sofa beds. The biggest trim you can get is one with two balconies, but there's no table and chairs out on the balconies. So they're kind of wasted space. The shower water was one temperature.Couldn't change cold or hot. That was very strange. The toilet water was hot, so when you flushed it, your butt sweat. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel seemed to breathe. There was this constant sound of a roaring of breathing in and out all night that came from somewhere. We never could figure it out. The small bathroom is actually quite usable.Because you don't have a lot of space to walk around. You just turn around. The shower has
If you like lukewarm showers, cold rooms, dirty carpet, and no housekeeping during your stay, this is the place. We stayed 3 nights on business. Our room was never touched by housekeeping even just to empty the trash or replace coffee. The heater kept resetting to 62 degrees during the day and the night. The shower faucet turned all the way to hot only produced lukewarm water the entire stay. The hallway and room carpet is terribly stained (see photos) and the bathroom tile needs a good scrubbing. The problems all seem to be things mandated from the top, not failure on the part of the actual site employees. We don't mind older hotels that are a little outdated, but this one is just not customer focused with patrons' comfort at the center of their decisions. There are several hotels in this
I stayed at the Holiday Inn recently and had a mixed experience. The bed was very comfortable, and I really enjoyed the nice view from the balcony, which was a highlight of the stay. However, the shower water never really got hot, which was disappointing, and the heat/AC unit in the room was faulty, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. With a few maintenance improvements, this could have been a much better stay.
