We had a wonderful experience thanks to Bharat at the front desk. He was absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and effortless, and he took the time to clearly explain all the hotel amenities and important details so we felt completely comfortable from the start. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference in our stay. Thank you, Bharat, for going above and beyond!

Great spot for both short term and extended periods of time whenever Ive needed a local getaway. The staff is the best part. They're very easy to get along with, very well trained, and they naturally make you feel comfortable. Please remember to tip them well, they're genuinely grateful, unlike most places where staff will pressure you into tipping. Drinks at the bar with Cecelia is always a great time and the food is significantly better than any hotel in the area and is even better than most restaurants in the area. If you're from out of town you should know the locatio is great and ride sharing prices are cheap being this close to the highway and to the many stores and restaurants in the area. Well done all around

Great staff and location! Every stay is an incredibly positive expereince at this Holiday Inn. The headline here is the staff - from GM to Housekeeeping, Bar & Restaurant to Front Desk. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is always clean, spacious and well organized. The bar and food are high quality and very enjoyable. When visiting the area, this hotel is a sure bet for comfort, quality and service. Special shout out to Bharat, Michael, Carlos and our lovely Bartender Cece(?)!
